Exact Volumetric Dosing
In addition to precise temperature and reproducible extraction time, reproducible dosing of the water amount is essential for the taste of the coffee. Thanks to precise volumetric dosing, the unica prois able to precisely control this critical variable of the coffee extraction. Simply set the desired brew ratio in the recipe, add the desired amount of coffee ground to the portafilter, and the machine does the rest fully automatically. An additional scale or timer are not necessary.
