47Coffee · Roasting Education
Simone Faragalli is an Authorized SCA Trainer (AST) for Roasting. At 47Coffee, professional education connects roasting science with practical decisions on green coffee, heat application, profile development and cup quality.
Meet Simone Faragalli
Simone combines engineering thinking, coffee science and hands-on production experience as the founder and roaster behind 47Coffee.
His teaching approach focuses on understanding why a roast behaves as it does: how coffee structure, processing, moisture, machine characteristics and energy management influence flavour. The goal is not to copy a curve, but to develop the judgement needed to roast with consistency and intent.
Turn roasting theory into decisions you can apply at the machine and evaluate in the cup.
Training informed by daily work with different coffees, processes, batch sizes and roasting systems.
Build a repeatable method for diagnosing roasts, adjusting profiles and connecting data with sensory results.
